Hello,
I have been doing different tests with latest versions like 4.15 and older like 4.9 but I am facing the same issue everytime.
I am not able to write to block 0 of a Gen 1A magic card
I can load a previously dumped file including block 0
I can also write to block 1,2,3 and the rest ones
But when I try to write block 0 it gives me the error
[usb] pm3 --> hf mf wrbl --blk 0 -a -k 010203040506 -d 3EC23F8F4C880400474514145D103508 --force

[#] Cmd Error: 04
[#] Write block error

[?] Maybe access rights? Try specify keytype `hf mf wrbl -b ...` instead
But when writing to block 1 it is ok.

[+] Write ( ok )
[?] try `hf mf rdbl` to verify
Has anyone faced this problem?

You would need to use the c* commands for Gen1 tags in order to write to S0 / B0
