Proxmark 'official' HF antenna

I have purchased a ready-built antenna from the proxmark3.com website.

Can anyone point me to any documentation specific to this antenna?

I'm looking in particular for the pin assignments on the USB A socket and the purpose of the switch s1 just behind the USB socket.

Many thanks for any assistance :-)

Re: Proxmark 'official' HF antenna

Hi YoungJules,

Quote from the website:
"The antenna can be switched to match either a 100pF or 47pF capacitor on the HF circuit of the Proxmark. When connected to a working Proxmark, the antenna registers approximately 8-9V (as produced by the `tune` command)."

As for the documentation - I'm not sure if the proxmark3.com guys are reading this or not but I'd suggesting popping them an email.

Regards,

Re: Proxmark 'official' HF antenna

Thanks 0xFFFF, I now have that mysterious switch sussed out. Seems there is no correct or default position for it, just use hw tune and use it in the position that gives the best results smile

I've sent a mail to proxmark.com asking about the USB pinouts.

I'll keep you posted if and when I get a reply.  In the meantime, they've arranged to send me the correct cables so if all else fails I can quickly do a continuity test on them when they get here to see which pin goes where.
