Reading distance for Proxmark 3, with Iso 7810 debit cards ?

What is included when you buy here ? http://proxmark3.com/
Price: 499 dollars or less ?
I need: Proxmark 3 with high range antenna, 5 feet or more,
working software included, and usb cable from bord to pc !

If you wan't one cheaper make it yourself.
It takes time and patience if even when you have the right tools.
