Mifare Classic 1k unable to program
Hi
I we have the Mifare lock system for our hotel. The programmer works well with the mifare keys received from the manufacture but when we bought mifare keys from here and we are unable to program it.

This is not a store that sells anything. This is the proxmark3 device support forum
Find a reputable store and buy the correct keys from them. A reputable store will work with you to find out what you really need.

I mean to ask is
IS there anyway the manufacture can lockout third party mifare keys?

Many systems require custom preprogramming to be on the card. Most can be duplicated by good 3rd pty sellers. But they would need to know which system you have.

There are plenty of countermeasures in readers today against magic card version of s50/s70. They can detect and even block your clone card.

The keys I am talking about is not a clone card. They are brand new and blank Mifare classic 1k card.
