How to build LF antenna?
I was trying to build LF antenna for 2 times. I have used ~100 loops of 0.125 mm emanuel cable. 
Here is tune output:

# LF antenna: 6.04 V @ 125.00 kHz
# LF antenna: 5.77 V @ 134.00 kHz
# LF optimal: 41.49 V @ 260.87 kHz
# HF antenna: 0.06 V @ 13.56 MHz
# Your HF antenna is unusable.What is wrong? I have built my HF antenna without problems.

Well. 3rd try was succesfull, I have used another emanuel cable, 0.13 mm; ~ 100 loops.

which is the diameter? the width? the height? (a,b,c in the datasheet that you linked on this thread http://www.proxmark.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=1110 )
could it be that your first attempt failed bacause of the way you placed the wire?
