I haven't done it, but you should be able to flash the bootloader back on with SAM-BA, you'll need to fiddle with the test/erase pins of the chip though.
JTAG is the easiest way, if you want a cheap jtag either find a parallel port one if you have a parallel port, or a bus pirate.

My fault. I was scared that it not recognise by OS and cyclically rebooting.
I missed that if connect proxmark with hold button it recognise correctly and bootrom can be flashed.
So I fix it following this steps:
1. Unplug proxmark from PC
2. Press and hold button and then connect to PC (while still holding the button)
3. Wait until proxmark recognised by host OS and forward it to virtual machine with Linux.
4. Flash bootrom:
./proxmark3-old/client/flasher -b ./proxmark3-new/bootrom/obj/bootrom.elf
5. Wait until flashing is done and then release the button.
After this proxmark recognise in Mac OS 10.9 (Mavericks) as serial modem and can be reached at /dev/tty.usbmodemfd121
