Will this antenna work with Proxmark3

Hi

I found this antenna but i am unsure about if it works or not..

Q1.
is it safe to connect this antenna to the PM HF or will it burn the hardware?

Q2.
Will this antenna help on the range or does the PM not have enough power to drive this?

Q3.
if the PM is having to little power to drive this antenna, is there an way to fix that.. like an amplifier or change some parts on the PM to better ones ?

As you can see i dont know much about antenna but hope you guys can help me.
