HF Antenna unusable [closed]

Hi all,

I am running a PM3 RDV4 since a view weeks. I was able to flash the device properly and was also able to read some HF cards. Since last week my device does not recognize the HF antenna any longer. The error message is: "HF antenna is UNUSABLE". When it first occured I restarted the device, made a git pull, compiled it and flashed it to the PM. At some point the antenna got back to work. Since 2 days the antenna is now unusable. I have a funny feeling that this is not a software issue rather then some hardware problems. Probably some more experienced people can have a closer look at my problem. Any help is welcome. Thank you in advance!

Re: HF Antenna unusable [closed]

I did it with "./pm3-flash-all". I guess bootrom is included.

Re: HF Antenna unusable [closed]

Good morning,

I´d like to close this post with the information that I got from lab401. At first I was advised to detach the antenna and remount it again. This made no difference at all. The error message that the antenna is not working kept coming. Lab401 informed that they´ll exchange my device shortly.
