Problem with 125 kHz antenna

I'm working on creating LF antenna for Proxmark. I have such a problem: when winding wire (0.2 mm, 50 winds) on a cardboard form, Proxmark registrates 0 V(120 000 kHz).
But when connecting a systen containing an isolated antenna core (diameter 60 mm) with 30 winds of isolated wires, proxmark shows that antenna resonate on ~400 kHz( 30 V) . Could you please help me to understand what' the problem in the first instance?
