mifare parity

Hi there,
Could someone please confirm that after 3 way authentication (60 or 61) the parity bit in a fame is calculated on the plain data.
i.e does the mifare card receive a frame, decrypt the frame and then test the parity bits for every byte. I know the last 2 bytes (CRC) are calculate over the data payload appended and then the payload including CRC is encryped (as an example replying to a block read 30).
If the parity is done on plain data this has an obvious impact on a ISO14443A compatible RF receiver / transmitter module.
Look forward to any comments...

Alex.

Re: mifare parity

Just to further add:
I'm talking about standard frames - NOT short frames.
Standard frame:
SOF, 1st byte, odd parity 1st byte, 2nd byte, odd parity 2nd byte, Nth byte, odd parity Nth byte, EOF
