[Solved] Mifare 4k Dump not working?

I am having trouble dumping a blank UID changeable 4k card I just got. (Unlocked, all keys F)

pm3 --> hf search
          
 UID : 00 00 00 00           
ATQA : 00 02          
 SAK : 18 [2]          
TYPE : NXP MIFARE Classic 4k | Plus 4k SL1          
proprietary non iso14443-4 card found, RATS not supported          
Answers to magic commands (GEN1): NO          

pm3 --> hf mf dump h
Usage:   hf mf dump [card memory]          
  [card memory]: 0 = 320 bytes (Mifare Mini), 1 = 1K (default), 2 = 2K, 4 = 4K          
          
Samples: hf mf dump          
         hf mf dump 4          


pm3 --> hf mf dump 4
File reading error.   

I get a "File reading error." when I try to use hf mf dump on anything but 1k.

I thought the "file" it was relating to was dumpkeys.bin but it was not. I was able to successfully run

proxmark3> hf mf chk *4 ? d

to get all the 4k keys up to and including block 255, the dump still did not work.

This same error happens on IceMan's and Master,
Although I did not re-flash for trying on master:

Latest source in iceman fork on github -  client/fullimage.

Solved, had a permissions issue on the dumpkeys file...

What was the permissions issue exactly and how did you solve it?
