Hi, guys,
I am new to PM3 and want to paly with it. Right now, I want to modify the ARM source a little bit to allow PM3 to send arbitrary data to the tag, such as implement a function like Send(char *cmd, int lenth).

it claimed that there is some Prerequisites for compiling from source---- "Windows development environment" zip file, however, I cannot find this zip file. Is there anybody can help me, thanks~~~
