Cardax sector data

I believe this particular format is referred to as the Cardax IV format.
These cards have data is stored in sector 15.
Anyone familiar with the layout of blocks 0x3C and 0x3E?

I know the 2nd and 7th word in 0x3D are the inverse of each other.

0x3D is straight forward...
'7777772E6361726461782E636F6D2020' --> 'www.cardax.com  '

The card number is stored byte reversed starting from the 5th byte.
Also the Facility Number has the Region Code appended to it - A nibble 0x0 - 0xF representing the letters A through P.
I have not put a lot of effort in to this one but I'm sure others already have already done the dirty work.
