weigand code to raw converter

Hi all,
I am still confused how to get the Raw, from weigand code, Is there a online converter that can be used or I need a special device to do that.

Hi Iceman,
Thanks for the links, big help.
I am still struggling to understand, how to convert the HEX, Dec, Or Binary values to Blocks ,
For instant: having the Hex value of the  32 bit GproxII, Block 0 is (00150060) how do you convert this to find out the value of block 1,2,3.

But still am confused.

read the datasheet for T55x7 atmel, it will explain the config block and its purpose.
