Problem with Driver

Hello friends
When I try to make a sniffin, when I connect the proxmark3 here, the computer tells me an unknown device. Only by pressing the button does it see it again, but at that point the memory content is lost.
Do you have something to suggest?

I don't understand your question. I can see your proxmark responding on COM5, so the correct driver is there.

Maybe it helps, if you show us the commands you are typing, the responses you get, and what you expect.

I tried both with iceman and official precompiled. The proxmark is perfectly recognized, I run the command: proxmark3> hf 14a snoop
The red light of memory  A turns on, I detach the proxmark with the battery connected, I put it between the reader and the card, then I hang up the proxmark and the computer tells me "unknown device on usb"

USB reconnect is not implemented in official repository.

But even precompiled Iceman tells me unknown usb after sniffing
