Attempted to write bootloader but bootloader writes are not enabled

i don´t know why this has happened, some one know what is the meaning of this.
why i can´t write, is this forever or if i used the jtag i could get back to a previous state?
i have another proxmark with other version and i have the same problem.
i dind´t have this problem with osimage.elf or fpgaimage.elf this has been write whitout any problem

i have been doing this for some times before and i din´t get this problem, this is the first time

Have you tried something like:

C:\MinGW\msys\1.0\home\thefkboss\ProxSpace\pm3\client>flasher -b bootrom.elf

For info:

Usage:   ./flasher [-b] image.elf [image.elf...]

        -b      Enable flashing of bootloader area (DANGEROUS)
