Hello! Do you know some tag like the T55X7 but for HF?
Thanks!
Offline
T55X7 are basically a programmable signal generator. you specify the bit pattern and the modulation parameters and it simply broadcasts that pattern whenever it is in a reader field.
This is enough to fool most simple 125 khz systems - like the EM4102 - since there is no 2 way communication necessary.
HF (13.56) cards (typically ISO14443 or ISO15693) employ more complex two way protocols. You send commands to the tag, and it answers to that. There are however µC based HF emulators - but they are not entirely passive tags and need a battery.

Hey @atrox! thanks for your response.
Do you know Sielox tags? I think that 13.56Mhz is not restricted to a two way proto. I'll try to do some research regarding these tags...

sorry, no.
I took a quick look on the web: Apart from using 13.56Mhz there is almost no information about Sielox tags.

Well, yes.. the info is not so good.. I'm waiting for some tags and readers.. will post my results in a separate topic and, of course, you'll help me during the process.
