I have read at your wiki(http://wiki.radiowar.org/Proxmark3_Mod) that you modified:
1) Electrolytic capacitors to tantalum capacitors. Can you calculate a voltage difference between them using same antenna and hw tune command?
2) JTAG. Did you removed it completely? Or is it still on board? I can see 4 inputs.
3) Replacing the original IC. Did you replaced ARM with bigger one or what?
