I've seen several posts mention a HID Card Format block (block 6), but I've not found documentation of the fields in the block.
Different cards I've seen have a couple of different values in block 6:
030303030003e017is from a card with encrypted blocks 7, 8, and 9.
000000000000e014is from a card where blocks 7, 8, and 9 are not encrypted.
Is there documentation for the fields?

Didn't research this theme deep enough but you can find some information in awesome Carl55's papers that iceman carefully stores here.
