HID Card Format block

I've seen several posts mention a HID Card Format block (block 6), but I've not found documentation of the fields in the block.

Different cards I've seen have a couple of different values in block 6:

030303030003e017

is from a card with encrypted blocks 7, 8, and 9.

000000000000e014

is from a card where blocks 7, 8, and 9 are not encrypted.

Is there documentation for the fields?

Re: HID Card Format block

Didn't research this theme deep enough but you can find some information in awesome Carl55's papers that iceman carefully stores here.

Regarding your sample data:

03 - ?
03 - ?
03 - ?
03 - ?
00 - Biometrics usage (00= bio not used; 01=fingerprint used)
03 - ?
e0 - user privs (E=user; C=admin) and pin code (stored in block 9) length (0)
17 - encryption type des/3des(?) disabled (14)

Other fields meaning is a point of interest.
