I'm an excited, We're execited,  this is something some of us has been working with the last three months. You might have seen strange pull requests / commits and forum posts,  but finally the latest revision of proxmark3 is ready to be kickstarted!    Its small and packed with fun.

I just want to start with saying from the team, that we are thankful for the community support and love for our little project.  Its goes straight to our hearts.
So, thank you backers!  We feel your incredible love!

Beta prototype
Last week I got the beta-prototype from proxgrind,  he was kind enough to add extra lines for me to hook up the logic analyzer easily.   Which is what you see in the picture.

Since then we got the new onboard flashmemory to talk with the firmware. It uses the builtin SPI.   256Kb  (2 mbits) of persistent memory available for dumps, keys, firmware.

The FPC port is also hooked up hardwarewise,  hence the ribbon cable.

The hardware looks good and the normal operations for LF / HF works nice.

Whats left?
Whats left you say,  send it to me!   Well, besides from the whole production?  QC process?  packaging?  Shipping?   And making decision in colors of usb-cables

At the moment we are working on getting the smart card module to talk with the firmware in order to verify its working properly.
And then afterwards we have to verfiy the FPC port functionality.

Meeting deadline?
I see no real problems on the horizon in meeting deadline as it is today.  Its much firmware adaptations that is a burden.  One step of the time and we get there in time.

So we are now done with the final part of the Rdv4.0 -The smart card function on the Proxmark3.

We will be entering the fulfillment stage from 11th July till 16th July.

For people who miss the Kickstarter, commercially release will be on 9th August, the first day of Defcon.
